[Cold in the Country]

This Character design is crazy good. I love th way you render the colours and shading. I'd love to learn from your art

Thank you! I was inspired by hotGlossed on Twitter when it comes to rendering. I also applied some lessons learned from Marco Bucci with Ambient Lighting, but I feel like I didn't do that very well here.

It's all just basic 2D shapes - such as the triangle, square and circle - creating the illusion of 3D space. I tried experimenting with brush strokes just defining the planes of the form, so I should push that further and look at JC Leyendecker for reference.
